Abuse Situations 24- Manipulation over child

Another situation that would occur quite frequently was him manipulating his son. Every single time we would pick his son up from his ex-wife’s house Dick would instantly start bad mouthing her in front of his child. “She’s such a fucking pig. She has beer cans all over the house. She doesn’t wake up to make him breakfast in the morning (she has to work nights to support her children since dumb fuck hides his money and doesn’t claim what he really makes, so he can pay less child support.) She leaves him home alone at night (Again, she has to work and he has a 12 year old brother, so he’s never alone.) She a good mother and I know that for a fact. Their son is very compassionate and it does not come from him. Anyways, his son was being so brainwashed to believe that his mother didn’t love him or that she was a bad mother that he would cry every single time we would take him back to his moms house. He would say, “She doesn’t love me. Her, my brother and his dad should just live together because they don’t even like me. I just want to live with you.” That’s not true at all because I have talked to all of them and the all really love them, but Dick manipulates him into believing they don’t. I would always tell him, “Your mom really loves you and you need both your mom and your dad.” After realizing how abusive Dick is though I changed my mind on that. Dick would always get defensive though and say, “Oh, now you’re taking her side, that’s cool.” I couldn’t say much without Dick getting pissed off, so I had to watch what I said. It actually got to the point that I told Dick I couldn’t even be around his son anymore because Dick was manipulating him so bad that I could no longer handle the bad mouthing and disrespect of George’s mother.
