Timeline 16-Coming to an End

The next day he was being an asshole again. I was trying to talk to him on the phone and he was screaming at me saying, “I’m not going to talk to you right now. I will call you later.” I was balling begging him not to hang up on me, he did anyways. He called back later and I didn’t answer. He then texted me, “I called.” I said, “Yea, its fine.” He responded, “I called and now you won’t even answer? I tried.” I didn’t want to talk to him at this point. He was being an asshole to me, but telling me that it was because he was busy at work or that he was at the bar watching baseball with two guys from work.” He said I made him so mad by calling him that he had to leave the bar and go home. This is the same guy that couldn’t even walk foot in a bar because it was too hard on his sobriety. It’s weird how things change in a matter of a week!

I left for vacation that night. I was staying at a hotel in Milwaukee and leaving for Belize in the morning. I hadn’t talked to him because he was being a jerk. When I was in Belize I had emailed him because I couldn’t use my phone. We were being civil. I was sending him pictures of my vacation and he sent me a picture of the new truck he bought. I asked him if he still wanted to be apart. He responded, “I went to the counselor today and we talked about us and I don’t want to talk about it right now. I was just hoping you were happy and having a fun vacation.” He also responded that he had to cancel the cruise that we were supposed to be going on. It was his son birthday present, another reason why I thought Universal was outrageous. I told him that he didn’t have to cancel it that we will figure it out. He was angry for some reason, supposedly about the cruise and counseling. We were still talking and things were still pretty civil.
